INFORMATION OF MONUMENTS.


Porxada: It is the more emblematic monument of the city. Its building was finished between 1586 and 1587 years (project of the "Consell de la Vila"). The monument is 24 metres long and 15,65 metres wide and it has 15 columns of toscą stone.

Old district: It is situated in front of the Porxada. The old building of the district did a change that finished in the XVI th century. Between 1902-1904th the architect Simó Cordomķ altered the old district, he had an neo-gothic style.

Old people's home and hospital: Is a combined of the buildings of 1919 year, situated in avenue of Francesc Ribas. Two tower of the viewpoint what unite with two pavilions, of the age modernist. The building were built of the project of Josep M. Miró and Gibernau.

Church of St. Steve: Were built after its fall for the fight between the church and two knight, of the Roca and Corona; the winner were the Corona.
