1. Make a summary of all children have learnt about vertebrates and invertebrates. |
Children will be able to: 1. Memorise key vocabulary. 2. Memorise and use key phrases. 3. Recognise different types of animals. 4. Describe different animals. 5. Talk about different types of animals.

1. Tell pupils that they are going to watch a PowerPoint presentation to remember all the important facts that children have learnt about animals. 2. Tell pupils that they are going to do worksheet 7 in which they have to: - Work in groups. - Choose a type of vertebrate or invertebrate. - Look for some information and make a poster. This information should include: photos, amazing facts and information about animals that belong to the group they are working on. - Show and talk about their work with the rest of the class. - Compare the differences and similarities about each group of animals.
