1. Use an Atlas showing the Earth from space as stimulus for discussion. Elicit the following: - We live on planet Earth. - It is round and can spin. (Teacher uses a globe to demonstrate that the Earth is a sphere and can spin). - On Earth we have land, water and air necessary for plants, animals and humans to live. 2. Pupils watch a PowerPoint and complete worksheet 27.
