Hallowee'en is a holiday for children in Great Britain and in the United States of America (U.S.A).

On the night of October 31st, children (and maybe real ghosts and witches too!) are in the street in monster costumes. They go to their neighbors'houses and they say, "Trick or treat! ". The neighbors give sweets or fruit to the children
