The
Neighbours Assemblies were one of the principal groups taht reclams social
and cultural improvements for the citizens. The Neighbours Assemlies began
to be legal constituted between the 1970-1975.
About
800 people, betwen teachers and families sit-in in 14 nursery in Barcelona
during 10 days to reclam that the nurseries became a basic equipment to
educate the children and make easier the mothers' laboral situacion.
The
drivers joint the demonstration stopping the traffic in different points
of the Barcelona center. They one to block the way of the police.
The
Fronco's Dictatorship did a strong repression of the Catalan and the Catalan
Culture. the demonstrations against the censurship began at the end of
the Dictatorship and after Franco's death. About 80.000 participated in
these Catalan National Day (11th September), the people was realy exalted,
they shouted Freedom, Amnisty and Autonomous Law (Estatut d'Autonomia).
