ELS PETS

 
The group Els Pets appeared in 1985 in Constantí, a small town of Tarragona. The first members of the group are Lluís Gavaldà, Joan Reig and Falin Cáceres.
In 1989, they incorpored a new guitarrist, Ramon Vidal, and also a wind instrument section, called Els Vents de Baiona.
In 1991 they did a concert in El Palau Sant Jordi together with Sopa de Cabra, Sau and Sangtraït. It was very successful 22.104 fans went to the concert.
Next year there was two new incorporations. They was Marc Grau at the guitar and Toni Saigi at the keyboards.
In 1993 they record the song of the summer, Monta-t’ho bé!.
In 1994 they are protagonists of a TV program from the BBC about the rock in Catalonia, and also of 30 minuts, devoted to 15th birthday. In this year the group recibed the Premi Nacional de la Música 1994.
In 1996 they did a tour called Vine a la festa. The most important concert was in El Moll de la Fusta de Barcelona. 60.000 people went to this concert.
