I think that TV is good bacause some programmes are interesting, but also some programmes are stupid. For instance, there is a programme called "Tomate", where people chat about”famous persons”, but they are not really "famous".

The good programmes are films, documentals or news.
I believe that television is not good because if you match TV every time, you won’t do anything else. Sitting on the sofa is not good for your health.

In my opinión: You don’t have to watch TV a lot because It is better to do other things.
