PAMPKIN CAKES (TORTAS DE ALMA)

INGREDIENTS:·
1 kg. of flour·
1 small glass of anise·
250 grams of jam of pumpkin·
100 grams of sugar·
half a litre of oil of olive·
1 small glass of water·

HOW TO MAKE IT?·
Mix the oil, the water, the anise and the flour in a bowl.
Blend it and then knead it all well.·
Break off sections from the dough and stretch them with a roller making them circular shape.·
Put a small spoon full of pumpkin jam in the centre of the dough sections and then close them as small pies.·
Place them on an oil coated plate and the put them in the own at 210 grades until the look golden.·
Take them out of the oven and cost sugar on them.
