The Fox is a common
animal that lives in North wales. It can be seen at dawn and dusk looking
for food such as Rabbits. This photograph was taken by Mr Hughes our teacher
on the Great Orme. |

Rabbits are everywhere. They were brought here by he Romans two thousand years ago and now can be found all over the place. They even live on the school field. Sometimes lots die of a horrible disease that makes their eyes swell up. |
The stoat and the
weasel can be seen if you are lucky. He weasel is very small and the stoat
a little larger. The stoat turns white in the winter but the weasel doesn't. |

The polecat can be
found in woods, but is more often seen dead at the side of the road after
being hit by a car. The are about the same size as a Stoat. |
The
Badger is becoming more and more common. They live in holes called sets
and they can be found in woodland and on the side of the hill. You can
usually see them in your car head lights at night.
