CLIMATE IN SNOWDONIA.

The climate in Snowdonia changes sometimes it's snowy other times it can be mild and sunny. This is a picture of a beautiful sunset in the summer.

Temperatures range from -2 in the winter to 23 degrees Celsius in the summer. We have lots of different weather they are snowy, sunshine, hailstones, thunder and lightning, sleet, rain and lots of clouds. We also have lots of flooding when the rivers burst their banks.

We occasionally have very odd weather such as floods. Sometimes the sea or rivers bursts their banks or it rains too much and lots of people have to move from their houses. We even had a tornado here once.

This is a picture of Snowdon in the winter.Because Wales is at the end of the Gulf Stream our summers are quite cool and our winters are fairly mild. It does mean we get a lot more rain than most of Britain though.
