THE CHEESE FACTORY
The second of october the little children of the ZER went to a cheese factory. Mr Joan welcome us. He explained a lot of things about the cow's food and tasks that they do in the farm.We worked in two groups.
	We went to a place where the machines turned milk into a cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese…
We put the raw material in these plastic container. They gave a yoghurt to everyone. It was delicious.
This is the way that Joan Pujol saw the cheese factory.
