Timeline for Weather Internet Project
Now until February 10, 1998 Classes wishing to participate contact asimpson@kingcon.com with registration information. Project coordinator will confirm participation by e-mail (You've already done this. This is your confirmation!)
February 11, 1998
1. Participating classes measure and record temperature in degrees Fahrenheit at
10:00 a.m.
2. Participating classes measure and record snow depth in inches at 10:00 a.m.
3. E-mail temperature and snow depth data in the body of message with Weather
Data as subject to asimpson@kingcon.com by February 14, 1998.
4. If for some reason, your school is not in session on February 11th, send me the data for the next day that your school is in session. (Snow days, etc.)
February 14 - 20, 1998
Project coordinator will compile results and send them by e-mail to participating schools for further analysis. Each class uses the data as their teacher decides.
