key pal message: letter

You will now write your first
letter to your key pal using your word processor. You have to tell your
key pal about yourself, your family and school. To make things easier there
is a guide ready for you to do it. Go to this document. Then follow the
instructions below.
1. Copy and paste the
complete guide 1 in your personal file.
2. Complete
the letter by choosing the appropriate words or phrases and deleting the
others.
3. Add any personal information
you like to your key pal (especially if you have already received his or
her letter).
4. Use the word processor
facilities you used in task 1 to write this letter: check spelling, find,
replace, delete, and so on.
5. Save changes in
your personal file.
6. Open the mail program
in your computer, click on new message and fill in the information
required. You do not need to write the letter again. Just copy and paste
it from your word processor.
7. The message is
ready to be sent, but your teacher may want to send it together with the
other messages.
