AIMS

  • Consider general aims of unit 4. 
  • Learn vocabulary and phrases used when discussing on a topic.

PROCEDURE

  • Read and practise phrases and formulae about agreeing and disagreeing.

Do you agree or disagree?

On the Internet everybody is free to talk about anything. And of course, everybody is free to respond, contradict, give support (...) or express what he or she wants. What do you think about it? 
 
  •  Instructions: 
  1. Visit this ESL site: "Windows on Britain"  (Windows on Britain).
  2. Read the dialogue in task 3: "Why can't we wear our jeans?".
  3. Copy that information and paste it in your floppy. Save it as “uni4tas1”. 
  4. Complete the task following the dialogue.
  5. Read and complete task 4. Save it in the same file.
  6. Save changes.
