Ø Since 20 of September we have our own Homepage www.espedup.com : In the future all school- coordinators can give her ideas in the web-sites. They get the FTP-Program from Pestalozzischule, or they send word documents with pictures in word.doc to Pestalozzischule.
Ø Confirmation of the statistical information page from the first year (for Pauli as coordinator from first year); Pauli will send this page to all coordinators
How can we improve the contacts between the schools, especially between classes:

Equipment for chat:

Berlin: 1 web cam, 12 connected computers but in one room, ? Headsets

Barcelona: 2webcam, 1-3 computers in every class, every class has a computer connected to the internet (10), 3 headsets

Arhus: 0 web cams, 11 computers in the classrooms, (in school 100), 3 headsets

Vöcklabruck: 3 web cams, in every class one computer , 3 headsets

A good web-cam for example is Philips tuoFUN

Programs for our communication:

Ø We shall use also msn-chat in the future.
Ø If anybody finds another good chat-program he should send the address to all of the others.
Ø For voice and video chat we shall try yahoo chat in the next year: Therefore every participant has to download yahoo-messenger from www.yahoo.com. Version 5.5.
Ø Mogens or Emmerich shall create a comenius-chatroom in yahoo.
Ø The participants send her yahoo-mail address and the nickname to Mogens or Emmerich to get an invitation for the chat room.

Ø We have to announce this also in the MSN- Comeniusteacher.
Ø The date of chat will be every Wednesday at 20:00

It would be good when at each coordinator from the school could introduce the teachers how to use yahoo chat!!!

Ø Chats between pupils should be prepared before between the teachers!!
Ø The coordinators should motivate from new teachers to participate in the project!!
Ø Every pupil in video-chat needs a sign with his name!!

Ø We keep the msn-sites in future too for mails and group-chats and for all the information!
Ø Classes which are searching partnership also should write this in MSN-Comeniusproject.

Ø Every class should make a short description with one photo of his class and put in MSN- Comeniusteacher! There will be a formulary to download from MSN-Comeniusteacher!!
Deadline for Profil of classes is end of October 2002!!

Ø In this way teachers can search partner-classes in MSN-Comeniusteacher. Also new partnerships can be created this year!!

Ø Classes which have a well working partnership should write a short report about his experiences for the web-site! The coordinator will give the description in the website.(www.espedup.com)

Timetable:

Ø Comenius-meeting for coordinators in Berlin: 10.5.-15.5.2003 (We have to send how many persons are coming till the end of October to Berlin school.

Ø Teachers placement: From 01.03.2003 .till 08.03.2003 and maybe also from 08.03.2003 till 15.03.2002

Ø The profile of classes has be ready till 31 of October 2002
Ø In MSN - Comeniusteacher we should present translation programs. Use of translation programs could help sending mails. (mails between pupils should we always send in the two languages…pupils write in her own language, the program-translation also has to be sent).

Ø Partner – classes should find themes of working about together (for example about artists, how u have Christmas,…..the themes depend of the interests of the pupils and should be find out between the teachers )

Ø For all ideas about working well together or find better ways for communication between teachers and pupils we should use mails to MSN-Comeniusteacher!!!!!!!!!!!
Ø Activities made by partner-classes should be reported in MSN-Comeniusproject.
