Aims:

To know six traditional Scottish dances.

To increase technical movement skills; learning the different steps of the six chosen dances.

To communicate and express themselves through movement.

To respond to the rhythm of different musics.

To improve bodily control, mobility and flexibility as well as co-ordination, posture, strength and the use of energy.

To practice basic actions as; travelling, turning, jumping, gesture and stillness.
