Holyday house to rent in Catalonia, Spain

In the small village of Les Olives (Garrigoles), Catalonia, Costa Brava, Spain, small holiday house to rent for 2 or 3 people.

Les Olives (Garrigoles) is a small and very calm village located very close to the sea (approximately 8 km. in straight line). Most beautiful beaches: L’Estartit, L’Escala, etc. are some 18km far away from the village. Girona and Figueres, 23 km far away both, can be reached in less than half hour by car and Barcelona (120 km) about 1 and half hour, both, by car or train. Perpignan, to the North, is about one hour, also by car.

Taking into account that there are not public transports, a car is required. Restaurants and all kind of shops, bancs etc. can be attained in Verges (5km) or in Camallera (7km). Here is also the nearest rail station.

This house is appropriate particularly for those who like nature and, at the same time, are interested in the cultural richness of this Catalan area (Empordà - Costa Brava). A multiplicity of villages and historic monuments, in the same way the Greco-Roman ruins of Empúries, can be reached in no time.

The house is composed of three floor levels. At the ground floor a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a table and an iron. On the first floor (28 m²), are situated the kitchen and the dining room, together with the living room. Two large windows illuminate this place. On the third floor, with a surface also of 28 m², are the bathroom and the bedroom.

Direct from the bed one can contemplate the most beautiful sunrises. The bathroom, separated from the bedroom, as well as the kitchen are both completely equipped.

Central heating in the winter and mosquito nets in the windows in summer time.

Possible duration: From a weekend up to one month.

.- Saturday and Sunday (one night): 50 Euros for two people, 60 Euros for three people.

.- Friday, Saturday and Sunday (two nights): 60 Euros for two people, 70 Euros for three people.

.- Seven days (one week): 180 Euros for two people, 210 Euros for three people.

.- One month (thirty days): 700 Euros for two people, 800 Euros for three people.
