1 chicken
1 onion
1 celery
1 carrot, parsley
2 spoonful oil
2 cup of tomato
200 g mushrooms
1 bowl of chicken broth
Preparation:
Cut the onion, the carrot, the celery and the parsley in thick
pieces. Fry them with low fire. Withdraw the vegetables and keep
them apart. In the same oil put the chicken then add the mushrooms
and the vegetables. Add salt put the broth. Cook it to average fire
for approximately twenty minutes.
Add the tomato and leave the whole thing for turning the chicken
approximately two times. Withdraw it from fire and spray the parsley
over it.
