My name's Eduard. I'm 15 years old. I have
chosen this recipe because I believe that in Japan it is very popular.
This dish is very good and it is very simple to prepare. To me,
these kind of dishes get me crazy. Now, we are going to see the
recipe.
Ingredients
- 6 fresh big shrimps.
- 150 g of noodles.
- 250 dc of frozen water.
- Soybean sauce and fresh grated ginger.
- Oil
- ¼ seaweed of nori.
- 125 g of flour.
- 1 yolk of egg.
Preparation
Peel the shrimps and cut them. Cut the nori seaweed in thin stripes.
Put in the flour, the yolk and water in a bowl and mix.
Cut the noodles in the same length as the shrimps. Put them on a
wooden table.
Muffle the shrimps with this mixture, and place them on top of
the noodles. Press them in order that the noodles remain stuck to
the shrimp.
Place a strip of nori in the center, moisten it with a bit of water.
Fry the shrimps and the noodles in a pan until the noodles are golden.
Serve them warm with ginger and soybean sauce.
