Preparation
1. Boil the potatoes with water and salt about 10 or 15 minutes,
until the potatoes are soft. Remove water and mash the potatoes.
Then add cheese and butter. Leave it cool a little, with your hands
make small round flat pancakes and fry with oil.
2.Cut the meat in small pieces together with the read salami (chorizo).
Once the mixture is ready fry with oil and condiments: garlic, pepper,
and salt. Then fry one egg for each person.
3.For the final presentation:
Cut lettuce thinly and add the beet-rot
4. Decoration of the dish:
Put theree pieces of pan cake for eache person, one fried egg,
and some meat with red salami (chorizo). Put the lettuce with the
beet-rot and one piece of avocado.
