Let A+, B+, C+ be the apices of the Fermat external triangles, A-, B-, C- the same of the internal ones. The circumcenters of the triangles AB+C+, BC+A+, CA+B+  (resp. AB-C-, BC-A-, CA-B-)  form a triangle perspective with ABC with center the isogonal of a Napoleon point (resp. the other).
