THE BUGS ARE HERE


Here we all are getting ready to bug catch. You bug catch by sweeping a huge net across the grass avoiding puddles. In the end we caught many bugs and we found out what they where. It was very interesting.

Here is Harriet catching some bugs. She found some very interesting ones. Such as the millipede and the spider.



Under a rock in the corner we found a mouse and brought it back to show us. It was a little Wood Mouse. We realised that there were lots of insects and small mammals for birds to eat.


Here is the very interesting millipede that we found. We also found snails, worms and grubs. This was not a bad catch being as it was the middle of winter and was snowing. It was a very interesting trip I wish I could go again.
