In some country houses and restaurants we can find an easy shaped tile, that gives many possibilities of distribution. It appeared in the thirteenth century, but was in the nineteenth century when it became popular.

Here you have some examples of catalonian tiles in two colours we found in the country house we went on a trip, called "mas Gircós", or from photos we and some parents from the school took.

In front of a window in a house.	On the stairs to the bedrooms.
A front wall.	Another window from the house.
A bakery in our town.	More stairs.

Almost all of them put the tiles in the same direction.
