Microevolució 1.0. (Microevolution)

Evolution for Secondary School.

A microworld of biological evolution. We can verify the great reproductive capacity of alive beings, the action of genetic drift, the effects of natural selection and practice the calculation of allele, genotype and phenotype frequencies.

This program obtained the first prize " Angeleta Ferrer i Sensat to Educational Research and Innovation 2009", summoned by the Reus City Council.

Evolució Bacteriana 2.0. (Bacterian Evolution)

Evolution for Secondary School.

Simulation of the evolution by natural selection of a bacterian population. You can modify the environment and see how your bacteria reproduce and die.

Designed initially for MS-DOS operting system, it can run with Windows under a MS-DOS emulator like DOS-Box.

The first version of this program obtained a second prize in the "International contest of Computer Educative Programs", summoned by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science, year 1992. Version 2.0. was published by the PIE, an organism of the Catalonian Government.
