An interview is an oral text but with some characteristics of a written text. It's not spontaneous because the questions are previously prepared.
Some tips
- For safety reasons, use the person's first name only.
- Ask open questions. (W's and H's) and avoid yes/no questions.
- Consider the formality of the interview (teacher, friend, father,...) and adapt the language.

- When the person interviewed is speaking, you can make some interested responses:Yes, I see, Really?, Go on
