Writing of a Travelogue or Diary of a Trip

Click on the name of the country you want to visit

Ireland

These travel logs have been turned into web pages by the students themselves using simple html language and the Word Pad. Every group chose a country in which English was spoken and then looked for information and data in travel books, maps, encyclopedias and on the internet, too. Take a look at some of the results; you can see maps, follow the journey day by day, or you can read their imaginary impressions in their diaries. You can also follow some links to a few places they considered worth visiting. There are also some guidelines for teachers on how this activity may be developed, though generally we can't stick to all that is planned there and more often than not we go straight for the data and the writing.

We would appreciate any suggestions or comments
