The organizing committee can provide free shared lodging in the Brasov university residences, mainly in Căminul 16 and other ones depending on the available rooms and needs of participants. The accommodation will be either in shared rooms or in individual rooms having the shower-bath on the same floor. The assignation of available vacancies will be done following these preference criteria:

a) Students coming outside Europe.

b) Participants from low income countries, specially clear cases from Africa.

In assigning free lodging, we shall take into account the economic level of the country where each participant comes from and the order in which the fee is paid. A new assignment  will be made by June 15^th. Therefore, interested attendants should pay the fee before this date. Details about payment are available at Registration.

Having in mind the tendency of participants to procrastinate, your chances of getting free accommodation  are very high if you come from a country with a low standard of living and pay your fee now. Anyway, if you have doubts please let us know and we can give you a more pointed answer. 

Participants paying their accommodation have the following options, ordered approximately from the least to the most expensive:

• Brasov university residences Camine (from Căminul 1 to Căminul 16): Residences Caminul 11 to 16 in Str. Universitătti are closer to the venue of the Conference (ten minutes walking) than Căminul 1 to 10 in Memorandului (twenty minutes walking). There are individual and double rooms and apartments. The shower-bath is usually on the same floor. A description of this lodging can be found here.

• Aro Sport (*): Economic prices. The shower-baths are on the same floor as the rooms. 

• Pantex: Just in the hillside behind the comercial center Magazinului Star, in a modern building surrounded by trees. Rooms with bath. It is now closed for improvements and will reopen on 1^st June 2016.

• Postavarul (*): Next to the Hotel Coroana, with which it shares reception. Simple rooms with WC and shower-bath on the same floor.

• Pensiune Ambient (***): A guesthouse more peaceful and cheaper than hotel Ambient.

• Residence Hirscher (***): Double rooms, and large apartments with double bed, kitchen, dining-room, living-room and divan-bed. Suitable for families.

• Coroana Brasovului (***): At the center of the town in a renewed building with suitable installations without luxury.

• Apollonia (***): Modest but suitable. Air-conditioned rooms with bath, TV, wifi. Several prices.

• Casa Muresan (***): A nice hostal having classic rooms with bath, TV, wifi and phone. Restaurant with three halls.

• La Residenza (***): Very nice guesthouse in Brasov with elegant rooms with shower-bath and some of them with jacuzzi. Ten minutes from the centre of the town.

• Bella Muzica (***): Hotel with rooms with bath, TV, wifi. Many of them are air-conditioned. Restaurant with a wide menu.

• Capitol (***): This concrete tower hides a good three stars hotel with clean and modern rooms. Very close to the old centre.

• Gott (***): Next to Biserica Neagră. Modern design and functional rooms. Wifi. Italian restaurant.

• Hotel Ambient (****): Modern hotel with comfortable rooms (full bath, TV, internet). The suites also have jacuzzi and TV with DVD. It has a small spa and sauna, modern gymnasium massage room.

• Chambers'n Charm (****): It is a modern boutique-hotel placed outside the center of the town with large rooms having different adornments. Wifi, massage room, garden and restaurant.

• Classic Inn (****): It is placed in the hillside of Tampa hill, only a ten minute walk from the center. Classic rooms with modern installations (bath, wifi, TV). Restaurant, game room and free parking.

• Ramada (****): Large hotel meant for business customers:  conference halls, business hall, two restaurants, relaxation centre with heated sauna, gymnasium, parking.

• Aro Palace (*****): A large hotel with many rooms. Renewed in 2006. Restaurant, spa and heated swimming pool. Serviced by one of the two airport-bound minibus lines.
